Like CNN, New York Times in bed with Terrorists
0We’ve already presented evidence that shows CNN has collaborated with CAIR. Now, it looks like the New York Times can stake the same claim. For starters, any news outlet that begins with the premise that CAIR is a credible source should be granted no credibility itself. CAIR is a front group for Hamas and an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorism trial in the history of the United States.
Nonetheless, the New York Times has cited CAIR as a credible source in the newspaper’s critique of a documentary film entitled “The Third Jihad.”
Via the Investigative Project on Terrorism:
The Times’ article, written by Michael Powell, primarily relies on the opinions of Zead Ramadan of the Council on American-Islamic Relations’ New York chapter (CAIR-NY) and Faiza Patel of the Brennan Center, both of whom aver that the NYPD acted questionably by showing city police the film, to present the case. Ramadan asserts that the movie “defiled our faith and misrepresented everything we stood for.” Patel stated that, “The police have shown an explosive documentary to its officers and simply stonewalled us.”
The problem with Ramadan and Patel, left unsaid by the newspaper, is found in their words and associations. As has been its longstanding policy, the Times never mentions that CAIR is a Hamas support group, created by the Muslim Brotherhood to present and promote its interests. (Of course, even if one day the Times did acknowledge that, it would still have to break another self-imposed taboo of having never once called Hamas a terrorist organization.)
In contrast to the newspaper, the film does reveal how CAIR was created shortly after a secret 1993 meeting in Philadelphia involving members of the Muslim Brotherhood’s Palestine Committee. The goal was for CAIR to operate as a pro-Hamas lobbying group, without being publicly linked to Hamas.
Quite interestingly, Ramadan demonized the film by comparing it to a pro-Nazi film and a KKK film.
But CAIR refused to address the documentary’s substance. Instead, the group issued a press release quoting Ramadan comparing it to the Nazi-era film “Triumph of the Will” and the silent movie “Birth of a Nation.” Ramadan voiced his concerns to NYPD chief Raymond Kelly, who said he would “take care of it” and department spokesman Browne denounced the film as “wacky.”
What makes that particularly ironic is that like the Nazis, Hamas hates Jews. Ditto the KKK. Yet, the CAIR representative is demonizing the film by likening it to the creations of Nazis and the KKK.
If you’re looking for the quintessential example of projection, Ramadan has provided it.
The entire IPT report is a must-read.
Group with Terrorist links objects to being called Group with Terrorist links
1The Ohio State University student newspaper published an ad that links the Muslim Students Association (MSA) to terrorism. Muslim students at the University are calling the ad discriminatory. Kinda like a white person objecting to being called a “white person” while saying its bigoted to do so.
Via the Freedom Center:
Students across campus have already begun to protest the advertisement. “We are writing a letter to the editor,” said Nadia Ismail, a 1st year undergraduate at OSU, and “will be in touch with groups on and off campus” to stand against what Al-Akhras calls a blanket statement labeling Muslim students as security threats. OSU’s MSA is currently planning a course of action.
Although The Lantern was not responsible for putting the advertisement together, Al-Akhras says she holds the newspaper accountable. “It wasn’t an op-ed. It was a paid advertisement and they [The Lantern] had all the right to refuse it.”
Asked whether this form of advertisement should be expected, Ismail said that “it has become acceptable to discriminate against Muslims. I don’t think any attack this forthcoming would have been published about any other religion.”
As for the MSA not having terrorist links, the Holy Land Foundation trial proved that to be untrue. In particular, a 1991 document introduced into evidence showed that the MSA was, in fact, a member of the Muslim Brotherhood.
The Brotherhood’s stated goal is to destroy America from within.
Stop the madness.
Saying the MSA is NOT linked to terrorism is an egregious and irresponsible lie.

Public School Board Ripped for being Dhimmis; defends Dhimmitude
1Any clear-thinking, honest American must concede that God has been progressively removed from public schools. Passionate attempts to remove the word ‘God’ from the Pledge of Allegiance have been made for years. Yet, a Hamas front group, the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), has been permitted to teach students about Islam in Tampa, FL. Angry parents lit into the school board.
They all were united by a mission. And one by one, the speakers took the Hillsborough County School Board to task Tuesday over what they said was the improper teaching of Islam in a high school classroom last year by the leader of the local Council on American-Islamic Relations.
They said the presentation by CAIR’s Hassan Shibly — made to an advanced-placement world history class in November at Steinbrenner High — was a threat to children, to schools, to America.
“As a father to a child, this breaks my heart to know this is even considered in the schools,” said William Terrell of Tampa.
“CAIR funds homicide bombers to do what they do. They fund the ability of rockets being shot into Israel,” said Ryan Italiano, an 11-year-old who is home-schooled.
“Why you’ll let this religion be taught in our schools but you won’t let the religion that this country was made of be taught in the schools. What’s the point in teaching religion that caused the twin towers to fall down?”
Amazingly, in what could be a case of Stockholm Syndrome, the school board Chairwoman lashed out at the parents instead of confronting the Hamas front group.
Finally, after 17 speakers on the topic, and with dozens more anti-CAIR forces in the crowd who didn’t speak, school board Chairwoman Candy Olson had heard enough. And she unleashed on the group.
“Our teachers do need to give our students a broad view of the world,” she said, clearly irritated. “The Muslim faith is here to stay. I don’t think we can protect our children from the fact that there are people in this world who believe in Islam.”
She called those in the audience out of touch and criticized what she labeled a negative and mostly anonymous e-mail campaign that she said was meant to intimidate.
“This was one speaker for part of one class. This wasn’t an indoctrination,” Olson said. “How dare you show such disdain for people who are by and large competent professionals? It is essential, it is imperative we support our teachers in showing a broad view of the world.”
Let’s see, CAIR is made up of professional deceivers and Hamas is made up of professional terrorists.
So who exactly is Ms. Olson defending?
It would appear she’s defending America’s enemies like good dhimmis do.

Hollywood Actor who played Oskar Schindler considers converting to Islam
1Hollywood actor Liam Neeson, who ironically played the role of Oskar Schindler in Schindler’s List, is giving serious consideration to abandoning Catholicism for Islam. We’re not sure what he thinks about Oskar Schindler or if he knows that the Nazis allied with Islamic leaders in WWII, in large part, over a common hatred for the Jews.
So why is Neeson considering becoming a Muslim? Well, he liked being around thousands of mosques while filming in Instanbul Turkey.
Via the Herald Sun:
“The call to prayer happens five times a day, and for the first week, it drives you crazy, and then it just gets into your spirit, and it’s the most beautiful, beautiful thing,” he told The Sun.
“There are 4000 mosques in the city. Some are just stunning, and it really makes me think about becoming a Muslim.”
Neeson was raised in Northern Ireland as a devout Roman Catholic and was named after the local priest.
The actor who played the role of a man who protected Jews from Nazis at great personal risk is considering becoming a member of the religion Hitler greatly respected.
Who needs fiction these days? Truth is so much stranger.
