True Islamic Tyranny Found in North Sudan

By Theodore Shoebat

Omar al-Bashir has recently declared that his country, North Sudan, will have a new constitution “100 percent Islamic”, which means that it will become a fully Sharia based country. He wants to establish such a constitution as an example for neighboring countries, which would be Egypt, and the rest of the Arab Spring which has arisen out of Africa. One can look to North Sudan to see how a fully Islamic country, under the Muslim Brotherhood, will become. Omar al-Bashir’s party, the National Congress, has been responsible for much blood shed, such as the burning of churches, and also for the deaths of more than three-million people. In a speech done to a group of Sufi Muslim leaders of Khartoum, Bashir stated that he wants “to present a constitution that serves as a template to those around us. And our template is clear, a 100 percent Islamic constitution, without communism or secularism or Western (influences)”.

Secularism and Western influence? These would of course not be fit for such a constitution. Communism? Take Stalin’s Russia, and add Allah, and you have a very analogous situation. Stalin had made the ringing of church bells illegal, since they had disturbed the “right to peace of the vast majority of atheists in the towns and the countryside”, and also inflicted upon Christians unbearable taxes. Under a fully Islamic jurisprudence, Muslims would follow in the footsteps of the Pact of Umar, an edict which was forced upon Christians in Muslim Spain, which states “We [the Christians] shall not build, in our cities or in their neighborhood, new monasteries, Churches, convents, or monks’ cells, nor shall we repair, by day or by night, such of them as fall in ruins or are situated in the quarters of the Muslims.” As far as how Islamic taxation, and other despotic enactments will be carried out, a nation fully observant on Islamic law, would follow the Muslim authority Al-Ghazali:

“Jews, Christians, and Majians must pay the jizya [poll tax on non-Muslims]…on offering up the jizya, the dhimmi must hang his head while the official takes hold of his beard and hits [the dhimmi] on the protuberant bone beneath his ear [i.e., the mandible]… They are not permitted to ostentatiously display their wine or church bells…their houses may not be higher than the Muslim’s, no matter how low that is. The dhimmi may not ride an elegant horse or mule; he may ride a donkey only if the saddle[-work] is of wood. He may not walk on the good part of the road. They [the dhimmis] have to wear [an identifying] patch [on their clothing], even women, and even in the [public] baths…[dhimmis] must hold their tongue…”

Such is what Bashir wants to fully execute; his tyranny is equal to that of Hitler’s, and one can only look to the history of the Islamic world to see how deep its hole of cruelty goes. Let us not forget that al-Bashir, and his party, is a part of the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood, an organization which the current U.S. administration is willing to support. For us to follow the American spirit, we are better off adopting the opinion of John Quincy Adams:

“The precept of the koran is, perpetual war against all who deny, that Mahomet is the prophet of God. The vanquished may purchase their lives, by the payment of tribute; the victorious may be appeased by a false and delusive promise of peace; and the faithful follower of the prophet, may submit to the imperious necessities of defeat: but the command to propagate the Moslem creed by the sword is always obligatory, when it can be made effective. The commands of the prophet may be performed alike, by fraud, or by force.”

If Obama was as learned as Adams, he would not be falling for the same Islamic deception, which has plundered the nations of the earth since its very beginning. In fact, according to Dr. Peter Hammond, in the first three centuries of Islam, starting from the death of Muhammad in 632 A.D., Muslims had wiped out fifty percent of the world’s Christian population, alongside with 2300 churches. As of right now we are witnessing the recurrence of this violence; it is simple to see it, but only without the cloud of modern stupidity.
